  JI chief condemn attack on Sheikh Rashid

LAHORFE, Feb. 8: The Jamaat e Islami chief Syed Munawar Hasan and secretary general Liaquat Baloch have strongly condemned the attack at the election office of Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed in Rawalpindi and said this was an attempt to sabotage the by-elections. In a joint statement here, they expressed deep grief over the loss of life in the attack and injuries caused to the AML chief. They prayed for the departed souls and for quick recovery of Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.
