Saadet Party Turkey sponsors 1500 homes in Azad Kashmir, NWFP

Lahore, Nov 24: Chairman Saadet Party of Turkey M. Recai Kutan has announced to sponsor construction of 1500 houses in quake-hit areas of Azad Kashmir and NWFP. Weather resistant homes will cost 1000 dollars each, says a message received here.

Mr. Kutan made this announcement during his visit to Field Hospital at Balakot and tentage village set up by Jamaat-e-Islam in the affected area on Thursday. Currently, a ten-member Turkish delegation is visiting Pakistan on the directives of former Turkish primer Necmetin Erbkan to express solidarity with the suffering people in Azad Kashmir and NWFP.

Earlier, during their meeting with Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Qazi Husain Ahmed, member of Turkish delegation and head of social welfare organization Jan Soyo Mustafa Koylu donated 15 million rupees in JI earthquake relief fund.
