JI leaders condoles Lahore, Nov 03: Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Qazi Hussain Ahmad, Secretary General Syed Munawar Hasan and other central leaders of the party Liaqat Baloch, Ch. Rahmat Illahi Prof. Ghafoor Ahmad and Sirajul Haq from NWFP in a joint statement on Friday condoled the death of wife of Dr. Manazir Ahsan, Director General, Islamic Foundation, Leicester, U.K. The deceased was also sister-in-law of Prof. Khurshid Ahmad. In their condolence message to Prof Khurshid Ahmad and Dr. Manazar Ahsan the JI leaders prayed to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to shower mercy on her soul, widen her place of rest and grant her Paradise. They also prayed to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala to grant them sabr and ease the pain for Dr Manazir Ahsan and his family in this difficult time Ameen. Senator Prof. Khurshid Ahmad, who was due today to take part in JI shoora at Lahore, will now be returning back on Monday Nov. 06. |
