Dr. Piracha addresses Public Meeting on Iqbal Day Lahore, Nov 9: Deputy Secretary Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Dr. Farid Ahmad Piracha, MNA has taken strong exception to frequent references of Quaid-e-Azam and Dr. Allama Iqbal by the rulers when they plead and promote their nefarious agenda of enlightened moderation. Addressing a Public Meeting, in connection with Iqbal Day, in his Multan Road constituency Dr. Farid Ahmed Piracha said on Thursday that it is height of disrespect to use the reference of father of the nation and national poet of Pakistan for defending the dictatorial rule in Pakistan. He said the enlightenment of Iqbal and Quaid-e-Azam was subjected to commandment of Allah and His Prophet (PBUH) while the rulers are pleading the enlightened moderation of Bush and Blair. The nation wants to get rid from such rulers at every cost. |
